Naturalia Ingredients Ltd. (S.r.l.) is a joint-venture between Cantine Foraci and Eridania Sadam. Cantine Foraci, based in Mazara del Vallo, stands for three generations of tradition but also innovation in grape processing. Starting in 1936 in the wine making sector, the company since the 1980’s evolved into a modern grape & grape juice transforming industry. Eridania Sadam was founded in 2003 from the merge of Italy’s historic sugar brand Eridania with Sadam sugar industries in Italy’s North-East region. Combining the hundred-year-old tradition and experience of Eridania with Sadam’s technical know-how, makes Eridania Sadam today the Italian market leader in the sugar sector.
