Nesi was born from the will of two young friends, Santo Neri and Viviana Strano, who decided to invest in the local food chain by creating an artisan laboratory specialized in typical Sicilian products, with the aim of satisfying those customers who are increasingly attentive to quality.

The two are linked by a lasting friendship that began at school. Nesi is the nickname that Viviana gave to Santo during childhood. This project reconnects with their roots by reliving memories of pleasant moments.

The idea of ​​creating this new productive reality comes from nostalgia for the places of the heart, trying to bring together the taste of the best Sicily.
