Founded in 2018 by Vincent Justin and Charles Lottman, Nous Anti-Gaspi is a network of grocery stores that fights against food waste by recycling products. Its headquarters is based in the Greater Paris Metropolitan region, France.
As of 2022, the firm operates 20 grocery stores nationwide encouraging people to consume differently. Nous Anti-Gaspi produces 12 tonnes of products per week, which translates into 100,000 meals per store and per month.
Moreover, Nous Anti-Gaspi stores partnered with nearly 900 French suppliers such as Bonne terre, EpiSaveurs, Cereal Bio, Beaute privee, etc.
In the financial year 2020, the firm achieved a turnover of € 8 million.
Additionally, in 2020, the company won the title “Prix Victoires de la Bretagne 2020”.
Nous Anti-Gaspi stores, offering around 750 references, revalue the products which were previously excluded from distribution channels and offer them at lower prices than traditional brands.
The retailer offers a wide assortment of goods under the following categories such as:

- Sweet Grocery: chocolate, pie, biscuits, etc
- Savoury Grocery: pasta, spices, pulses, etc
- Dairy: cheese, yoghurt, butter, etc

- Wine & Spirits: wine, alcohol, beers, etc
- Homecare: cleaning supplies, rubbish bags, air freshners, etc
Furthermore, the enterprise developed its private label in collaboration with 31 producers. Its own brand is called Nous Anti-Gaspi, which offers a wide range of products such as eggs, coffee, sausages, etc. Presently, its line of private labels has around a hundred references and generates 10% of the company’s turnover. It is noteworthy that, each time a customer buys the Nous Anti-Gaspi brand, 1 cent is collected and donated to organisations.
Concerning the logistics solutions, the company collaborates with Stef supply chain group, which controls all of the brand's logistics in its depot based in Vannes.
Regarding the community, Nous Anti-Gaspi signed a deal with Eutopia, Quadia and Danone Manifesto Ventures in order to raise € 8 million as part of a fundraising project. Additionally, it has also teamed up with companies such as Waze and Phenix in order to combat food wastage.
Currently, the business is working towards the expansion of its network as it aims to open 50 stores by 2024. Moreover, Nous Anti-Gaspi wishes to add new references to its line of private labels throughout the year of 2022.
