Established in 2008, Novus is a retailer headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine. It has acquired Billa Ukraine in 2021.    

It operates 89 stores as well as an online store.       

Moreover, it employs more than 5,300 employees.   

 The company provides various products under different categories such as:

• Savory grocery: pasta, bread, rice, etc. 
• Sweet grocery: waffles, chocolate, cookies, etc.
• Frozen: seafood, pizza, ice cream, etc.
• Fresh and chilled: meat, fish, vegetables, etc.
• Dairy: milk, cheese, butter, etc.
