Nt Food S.p.A. is a Tuscan company that for 25 years has been the protagonist of the offer for gluten free food products as a source of wellness. Nt Food answers to different dietary demands in a multi-channel way through two brands: Nutrifree, present since 2005 in the specialized channel with more than 100 products; and NutriSì: since 2012 in the Retailing and Ho.Re.Ca. channels with a constantly evolving basic assortment.
Nt Food gluten free products are born in the heart of Tuscany, in the town of Altopascio, historic “City of Bread”, renowned since the Middle Ages for the hospitality it offered pilgrims travelling along the Via Francigena. This tradition goes hand-in-hand with the company’s desire and passion in meeting the needs of those who follow alternative diets.
With a solid foundation on the milestones characterizing its philosophy, Nt Food develops its products by tailoring them to the specific needs of its consumers. Needs that must be constantly perceived and met through listening and cooperating with consumers themselves and with the medical world.

Taste that comes from safe and wholesome raw materials
Widespread use of noble oils such as extra-virgin olive oil and maximum reduction of tropical oils, use of natural thickeners, and several different types of flours for a variety of nutritional choices: all contributing not only to wholesomeness but also to the taste of the final product.
