Octim Sp. z o.o. Wytwórnia octu i musztardy are appreciated by the biggest Polish manufacturers of pickles, mayonnaise and ketchup. Our vinegar and mustard are semi-finished products for their production.

We began our economic activity in 1994 based on the assets of the enterprise, leased to the company by the Treasury. Olsztynek, the city that is the seat of our company, is famous for its beautiful museum, scenic surroundings and clean air. The Board of Directors has set for the development, and invested any earned funds: we bought the new volumes of vinegar, exchanged boiler for a gas boiler, refurbished rooms and installed a new production line of mustard and a new bottling line of vinegar, and that modernized the organization and production technology. The products of OCTIM Sp. z.o.o. are wanted on the market.

Product in which we specialize is a vinegar obtained by traditional of acetic biological-fermentation, stored in a traditional larch vats. Another product is apple vinegar,  also produced by the fermentation of apple wine made from polish apples.
