Since 1925 Geraci's family produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil of High Quality in an untouched area in the heart of the Valle del Belìce, in Partanna in the agricultural province of Trapani in Sicily. Land of olive trees for thousands of years where climate, terroir, tradition have generated Cultivars of international excellence: Nocellara del Belìce, Cerasuola, Biancolilla. Fine olives, of great value. The Geraci Brothers are children of this land and interpret their tradition with particular care, with technological innovation, so that every oil bottle is a journey of taste in Sicily. Quality begins in the country, where olives are picked by hand and in advance in order to get only green fruits which are of high quality and rich in polyphenols and with low level of acidity and peroxides. The crushing is immediate and we used only the cold continuos cycle extraction method.
