OLIVES & CO grew from a meeting of minds, the minds of 3 impassioned men who used their sense of taste, experience and timing to build a common goal. Together they founded a food-processing group whose offering was based on products with a Mediterranean flavour. OLIVES & CO thus came into being in 2007 and currently comprises 4 French SME's, each enjoying great success in their respective markets: fresh olives, spreads and fish soups. United by the same passion, Mediterranean cuisine, and fired by a single ambition, these 4 entities have made OLIVES & CO a group firmly focused on innovation and serving the needs of the gourmet industry. It is this synergy of specialist skills and values that allowed the OLIVES & CO group, composed of 90 people striving daily to offer quality, innovative, authentic products, to post sales of 18 million Euros in 2010. A success based at once on: - experience and know-how in product and packaging - state-of-the-art infrastructures: 3 industrial sites (including one fully-refrigerated) satisfying the most exacting food safety standards (IFS/BRC certifications version 5) - capacity for innovation, thanks to the determination of its dynamic team and the co-operation of a top chef - adaptability, allowing the group to propose an extended offering of products under its own brands, or for other players, including retailers.
