We are a family-owned company from Estonia producing and marketing "ÖselBirch" refreshment drinks based on birch sap. Birch water is a traditional beverage in Nordic countries and its refreshing benefits for our health is long recognised. Our distinguishable difference compared to other birch sap beverages is in our fermented birch sap, which is a true living nature in the bottle. It is not heat treated, does not contain preservatives, no added sugar, no added nothing. This is how our grandma has been preparing birch sap for years and this is where we have gathered our knowledge.
