In 2004, a handful of decision-makers in the food industry filed patents for an eco-designed packaging that reduces plastic consumption in food packaging by more than 80%. Not content to meet the expectations and concerns of consumers, this new packaging already provided a major solution to environmental issues.  PACKALIM was created in 2004 in order to industrialize this production process and offer the first deliveries of this new eco-designed packaging.
