We are specialized in the production of high quality and traditional cold meat like Cured Chorizo, Fresh Chorizo grill, Cecina, Cured Ham in different formats.(whole pieces, in slices...). Nowadays the company has two production sites with the most advanced techniques and modern systems of quality management. Our White rooms are ISO categories 5 and 7. We count with the BRC and IFS Food safety certifications.  It makes Pajariel a reference in the food and agriculture industry.
