The Italian company  Baj & C. srl  producing the traditional Panettone with a historical family brand issued in 1768, was established in 2016 by two direct descendants of the family brand founder.

The young company aim was to restart their historical Panettone production and other typical italian pastry cakes,  combining the value of a 250-year-old recipe with more modern production techniques. To complete the products range, new typical pastry lines are on development.

The Panettone Baj is the main flagship cake, a traditional cake from Milan with natural yeast, without preservatives and additives,  with historical liberty, decò and victorian style booklet included. The traditional Panettone is a high quality product, featured by special taste and healthy ingredients and can be exported all over the word thanks to its long-life storage: up to 8 months at room temperature

The booklet cover shows a liberty picture of their old special pastry shop in Duomo Square in Milan, where the company, in some holidays times and special occasions, had its exhibition totem inside one of the most important luxury department store all over the world. 

The partners\buyers can be importers and agents that supply pastry and cake shops, bars and baked shops, pastry-cook's, local e-commerce platforms, delicatessen shops and retail chains, food and wine shops, as well as luxury department stores.

For its special features, the high quality  Panettone Baj is a product suitable for the gift market too. The company products can be supplied with customized packaging and weight (up to 5 kg); limited editions with special packaging including luxury handmade printed silk scarf from Como (famous for its historical silk production) are available on request.

 The Italian manufacture company Panettone Baj has all necessary quality certificates -  ISO 9001:2008, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, BS OHSAS 18001:2015, Standard  BRC and IFS HACCP -  and is ready to supply its products by large volumes in cardboard boxes.
