PARENTE srl is a modern industry producing high quality preserved vegetables. We are located in the heart of Tavoliere delle Puglie, in north Puglia, in a very fertile land, rich of history and art. Over twenty years experience of the Parente' family, brothers Francesco e Michele attempt to rediscover the typical taste of the high traditional Italian kitchen, world know as Mediterranean Diet. In their plant they produce the lines of preserved vegetables in oil, the charcoal grilled vegetables, vegetables cream, ready to eat tomatoe sauce, olives, marmalade and jams, sundried tomatoes, semidried vegetables and mosto cotto. The company offers a 360° service, starting with the high selection of the raw materials, from the local market, and processed daily, supervised by their lab analyst, continuing with a direct and efficient service, with customers and suppliers, certificated by ISO 9001:2008.
