Park Cake Bakery is a Centre Of Excellence for Innovation and NPD - and drives the UK Market though its retail partners including M&S, Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Coop, Aldi, and Lidl as well as Export in to The Far East, Australia and America / Canade though its International Partners of M&S, Coles, Sobeys and British Airways -

Both sites are highly automated with a large propotion of its head office being dedicated to hand finished craft bakery items bridged in to mass market Artisan supply.  Both sites are Technical Centres of Excellence and lead the UK manufacturing facilities in terms of speciality dedicated facilties.
