Labbate

The Labbate company has been founded in 1966 in Monopoli (BA) as an artisan enterprise, offering to the market a production of typical Apulian fresh and dried pasta: orecchiette, cavatelli, fusilli…. Since the consolidated experience in producing the best qualities of pasta, our production is completed with fresh stuffed pasta (with meat, vegetables, cheese), all served in packaging with modified atmosphere. Among the typical recipes that exalt our pasta, there are the “orecchiette with cime di rapa vegetables” and the “orecchiette with cacio”.
