The Company “Fatti in casa” and the brand “Pasta di Stigliano” are nowadays the result of a diligent salvage of the ancient techniques of pasta makers of the past. Our pasta is made of the highest quality wheats from the hills of Matera, most of them deriving from the variety “Senatore Cappelli”, selected by Nazareno Strampelli at the beginning of the 20th century.

The result is a product whose production chain is short and completely traceable, accompanied by the Italian and European organic certification. Its organoleptic characteristics make our pasta notably exquisite from a nutritional point of view and for its performance when cooked.
