The pasta factory Romagna was founded in 1950 by an idea of Libius Fratini that, with the invaluable help of his wife Santa Romagna, opened the first workshop for the production of fresh pasta in Umbria. Day after day in their increased experience and passion for the art of pasta, which was carefully transferred into their products. Today the quality and authenticity of the ancient flavors is kept by his daughters and grandchildren who are the third generation dedicated to the production of pasta. The efforts made by us in view of a continuous growth have led us in 2004 to obtain the certification of quality, meeting the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008, considering it a useful tool to be competitive on the market and especially to be able to regulate and manage internal processes. Furthermore, in order to guarantee the customer an additional requirement, we have implemented a system of internal traceability, meets the requirements of the UNI 22005: 2008, which guarantees the traceability of the product and its components in all stages of production, starting from 'supply until the final distribution to the customer.
