With just one phrase, our slogan clearly indicates the heart of our business. We control the entire production chain in order to manage every single phase and certify the product for the final customer: we grow the seedlings, harvest them, dry them, grind the grains to make flour, produce the pasta, package the final products and see to their sale in different channels. Our company headquarters are located only a few kilometres from Cuneo, one of the most important cities of the Piedmont region, where we store tonnes of flour as well as all the other products that are used in the production and packaging of the final product: our Pasta.

Our company’s core business is the production of Gluten Free Pasta with the use of particular flours that are naturally Gluten Free, esulting in products with a high or low protein value and plenty of fibre that are quite healthy.
