Beginning: The founder of the company (Raquel Cabeza)was a nun until she decided, when she was just 25 years old, leaving the convent and create a small family bakery. Along with the help of her brother (Uko Cabeza), the company grew to reach the best quality shops (gourmet and delicatessen stores) in the national and international territory. Star products: The Socorritos (Socorro = name of the mother´s founders) are known for their thin puff pastry that melts on the palate. It is a salty dough of butter covered with icing sugar which makes it sweet. There are also Socorritos covered in dark chocolate if you like chocolate…DELICIOUS. The Pastas Finas de Té (Assorted Butter Biscuits) are the other flagship product. The assortment is composed of 4 types of doughs. All of them with a high percentage of Pure Butter and covered or garnished with almond, chocolate, egg or jam, for example. Apart from our flagship products, we also have another section focused on breakfast time. It is a craft product and made of Best Iberian lard. Perfect for a family breakfast. With flavors such as anise, cinnamon, Spanish liquors, etc. And the most important thing: We do not use preservatives or dyes. Our products are totally natural and handcrafted. The one who tastes it, repeats.
