The brand new and state of the art Annoni Spa Pasta Factory resides in an area of 16,000 square metres in the historical borough of Fara Gera D'Adda, where it was founded, long ago in 1891. An ancient origin, a great experience that few manufacturers can boast, marked by a constant evolution in the art of making pasta and other specialties, such as the Pizzoccheri della Valtellina in their current bar formula (now renowned world wide), which granted Annoni their spread on the market. The current production complex is complete with the latest generation of machinery, needed to satisfy the production and quality standards required by the bodies that safeguard millions of consumers, which have rightly become more and more demanding - a duty that we have happily fulfilled. Everything else continues with the same care and love of the past, as proved by the creation of our new range of egg lasagne "sfoglia mattarello", manufactured with the highest quality ingredients and inspired by the ancient art of rolling dough with a mattarello (rolling pin), just like people used to do in their homes. That's why it's rightly called 'la pasta di casa tua' ('the pasta of your home');
