Pastificio Novarese is a family-owned company founded over 50 years ago, specialized in the production of fresh filled pasta and ready meals.

The main product lines of Pastificio Novarese are:

• Fresh and frozen filled pasta (Ravioli, tortellini, etc.)
• Traditional and organic fresh and frozen pasta ready meals
• Stabilized Gluten-Free filled pasta

The company only uses fresh and genuine raw materials, carefully selected and processed directly in the production facility.

All fillings and sauces are prepared within the premises of the factory. There are no added preservatives nor glutamate. Our fresh filled pasta has a shelf life of 90 days and our ready meals of 70 days; whereas the shelf life of all our frozen products is of 18 months.

The company distributes its products both under it’s own brands as well as under the Private labels of manufacturing companies or retail clients.

All our products respect the traditional recipes of italian cuisine. 

Da oltre 10 anni Pastificio Novarese adotta una politica di gestione della raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti ed è dotato di un impianto di depurazione delle acque reflue. In aggiunta, nell'ottica di un risparmio energetico, è stato installato un impianto fotovoltaico e migliorata l'efficienza degli impianti con notevoli risparmio di energia.
