We're a IFS, 8 year old production in Bucharest, Romania, focused on the production of breads for food service market, largely fully baked, with high hydration plus various types of sourdough. We focus mainly on burger buns, of various sizes,  and focaccia’s, ciabatta’s for sandwiches, fully baked and precut. Aside, we also offer prebaked rolls for food service market, half baguettes and larger breads. Our aim is to offer our customers freshness and taste.
