We specialize in petit fours and ice-cream macarons for foodservice and private label, which we completely make inhouse. This provides us with maximum flexibility.
Our production proces is highly automated so that large volumes are never a problem. We also make sure that our petit fours are 99% natural, we do not add colourants and avoid artificial E-numbers.
Our petit fours are made of layers of cake baked inhouse, each layer is filled with a smooth butter cream (which we can vary in flavour if so desired) and thin layer of home made jam for a delicate flavour. A thin layer of marzipan covers each cake before it is sealed with a soft, smooth coating in various colours . We also provide caramel and chocolat flavoured petit fours. We make and apply our decors mostly in house. The product can be stored for up to 18 months.
Our ice-cream macarons are a variant of the well known macaron. We have made the "shells" so that they are perfectly suitable to work with the icecream. Macaron shells and ice-cream is made inhouse, again maximizing flexibility in colour, flavour, decor etc.. For this product the focus is also Foodservice and Private Label.
