Picchiotti Pasta Factory was fonde in 1866, at the beginning the company produced dry pasta.

 The company was established in 1999, converting the production into making quality fresh egg pasta. Over the years it adapted its structure and production to the needs of costumers and the changing market.

Today Picchiotti produce conventional, organic and gluten free fresh pasta and is certified BRC and IFS.
