The "Bayer. Pilze & Waldfrüchte Uwe Niklas GmbH" is a family business from Southern Germany that is specialized in the processing, packing and selling of fresh dried and frozen mushrooms. We are focused on forest mushrooms as well as on "special" cultivated mushrooms.

In 1999, the new production halls were purchased. Work productively is ensured with modern machines and cooling techniques. With additional space for cooling, production and storage in the years 2002 and 2005 the company for the ever-increasing volumes is well prepared. 
The extension of the administration building 2008 is a further highlight in the company's history.This healthy starting position gives the company Niklas the opportunity to realize a variety of product ideas and the chance that position as a leader in this sector to secure and expand. Permanent local presence and worldwide contacts secure nationwide sales and exporting our products to various European countries and overseas.
