PIVETTI PROTECTED FIELDS

Campi Protetti Pivetti was the first mark (certified by the international agency CSQA) to manage a controlled supply chain, from the field to grinding in the mill. Moreover, the entire production lines uses only Italian soft wheat harvested exclusively in the provinces of Bologna, Modena and Ferrara (the best areas in Italy dedicated to the cultivation of soft wheat).

The objective is to develop a new qualitatively distinctive factor for professionals and consumers through sustainability, implementing an educational and cultural commitment to sustainable and traceable production in an organised and certified supply chain.
