PMS Fruits Tart Expert

Implanted for 20 years in the heart of Provence, our factory was created by an arboriculturist wishing to revalue a part of its fruit production. At once producer and transformer, PMS it is still and especially a company 100 % family and independent. At first, our activity concentrated only on the manufacturing of disks of apples intended for the market bread and pastry shop. In 1998, we were equipped with a laboratory pastry store so allowing us to vary our activity and to set up various ranges of flans. Our site being managed by an arboriculturist exploiting its own orchards (www.modica.fr), we already had the guarantee of the origin, the quality and the traceability of our raw material. In 2007, we have invests in our factory to modernize our production tool and insure us so a traceability upstream / approval and an even better food safety.
