Polomarket is a retailer which was established in 1997 and its headquarters is located in Giebnia, Poland. The chain was founded following a merger from 5 retail chains with a total of 27 stores. Nowadays, Polomarket comprises of 283 stores in Poland.

In 2016, it attained a turnover of € 549 million and employed 7000 people. 

Polomarket won several awards including the Mobile Trends Awards 2020 for its application and the Eagle Wprest award. 

Its products categories include:

• Frozen Food: fish, ice cream and related products
• Drinks: alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks
• Savoury Grocery: pasta,oil, canned goods, condiments, etc.
• Sweet Grocery: cereals, cocoa chips, biscuits, etc.
• Dairy: cheese, milk, curd, etc.
• Chilled & Fresh Food: fruits, vegetables, charcuterie, etc.

Polomarket operates 3 logistics centres.

The business has been working with over a dozen orphanages and other aid centers in the country.
