Since 1890 and 4 generations, Sarazin family transmits its original known-how of apple trees growing. Our orchards are located in the Loire region (West of France), prime location for optimal soil and climate conditions to grow many apple varieties. From there come the best flavours and consistency of apples in Europe. Since 1992, we combined our 2 know-how: high quality individual desserts & premium tarts baker. Our large product assortments serve for food service, in-store bakery and frozen retail. We are BRC Grad A, IFS Superior and Organic certified.

Pomone is GLOBAL-GAP certified, international standards for sustainable agricultural practices. The certification takes into account the environment as well as animal welfare issues. Since 1975, purified water to irrigate orchards is used thanks to rainwater collection system, drip irrigation system & a wastewater treatment unit.
