The E.V.H. Press is the coalition between two young farmers who decided to pour their passion and energy into juice production in order to optimize the pressing process with upgraded tools. This complimentary duo joined forces to an effective managing team.  The secret of a good juice is in the ripeness of its fruit! Fruit coming to our press are selected at the top of their maturity. We therefore avoid throwing away fruit that would otherwise have been declassed by storekeepers.
