Radanska Ruža

Social enterprise Radanska ROSE Lebane Ltd. was established as a non-profit limited liability company. The founders of the company are the Association of Women ROSE Lebane with 60% ownership and municipalities Lebane with 40% ownership. The company is the first example of a CIVIL - PUBLIC partnership in the region.

The company officially started operating in November 2015.

Radanska RUŽA employs women from marginal groups (women with disabilities, single mothers, women under 30 and over 50 ...), who traditionally process fruits and vegetables according to the folk recipe and the principles of good housewives. What has for decades produced in the kitchens of a housewife in southern Serbia, was transferred to the production plant of the company, it is our large common kitchen. Canning products are free of preservatives and other additives; heat treatment is pasteurized and packaged in glass bottles.

We started production by hiring 5 women, with 20 products and looking for a market we didn't have. We ended the year with 10 times increased production and over 30 employed women in production.

The aim of the Social Enterprise Radanska RUŽA doo Lebane is to further promote social enterprises and further increase the number of employed women.
