Our decision to specialise in typical dishes from along the "Via Emilia" and to use the traditional recipes of each province has proven to be a winner. Such as Pastaemilia, the Reggiana Gourmet brand created to promote the Emilian mastery of egg pastas well beyond its regional boundaries. Thanks to our company culture of mutual respect, commitment and the sharing of both objectives and successes, Reggiana Gourmet has been growing for over 20 years while remaining true to its values. As well, being deeply rooted in our land, we have chosen to promote our products in the many local dialects of our area. "Reggiana" in both words and deeds.
