Righi is the Italian Leader in the production of puff and shortcrust pastry savoury pies and snacks.

Founded in 1984 for producing «Erbazzone reggiano», a typical product that is part of the food culture of Reggio Emilia, the company has grown thanks to its ability to develop its product portfolio: from traditional Italian regional specialties to the most innovative and gourmet recipes, with a huge variety of products, sizes, shapes and fillings, fully customizable to specifications, for both retail and Ho.Re.Ca. markets. Over last 30 years the company has founded and developed the deep-frozen savoury pie segment in Italy, of which it is today market leader.

From 2015, Righi presents a new, distinctive and trendy proposal for the frozen market: the Vegan Line. The company extends its range of products with 10 items produced without any ingredients of animal origin,  in accordance to the “Vegan OK” disciplinary.
