The company manages over 650 shops across the world which includes 15 stores in the US and 12 in the Middle East. In 2018, the firm announced its plans of venturing into the Asian market. 

The business operates physical stores, online shops and products are also available in departmental stores. The firm offers products under its own label, Rituals Cosmetics.

Rituals Cosmetics was recognised as one of the fastest growing Dutch companies according to Dutch News, an online newspaper. Within 3 years, the company created 10000 jobs. The company achieved a turnover of €544 million in 2017.

• Personal Care: fragrances, face care, makeup, hair care and skin care

• Household: Scented Candles

• Sweet Grocery: Organic Tea

The business also offers gift sets.

97% of the group’s products are manufactured within European Union countries. The company offers prestige natural products which are free from ingredients like phthalates, MIT (methylisothiazolinone), sodium lauryl ether sulfates, microplastics, SLS and silicone. 

Furthermore, to guarantee the high quality of the business’s products, regular tests are carried out but the company stands firmly against animal testing. 

Rituals Cosmetics ensures that its packaging and materials used help to reduce waste. Recycled materials are used in the packaging and also regularly tested by independent professionals. The firm also encourages people to purchase refills rather than new products in order to minimize wastage.
