Our stunning base in Drogheda includes a distillery and craft brewery, uniquely situated in the one facility, with an architecturally designed visitor centre soon to be opened. This spectacular centre will host distillery and brewery tours, have a 120 seater restaurant, whiskey bar, private event space, and a gift shop. We also specialise in the production of cider and Irish Cream Liqueurs in our facilities in Tipperary.

Our Craft Beer range brewed on our Kaspar Shulz brewhouse currently includes Lager, Pale Ale, Amber Ale, IPA, Saison, Oatmeal Stout, Session IPA, Vienna Lager and Imperial Stout, all of which are available in bottle, can and draught thanks to our state of the art packaging lines. We also brew on our pilot brewery for our Pilot Series Beers.

We take great pride and care in crafting our cider. Our prized Cooney Family orchards in Meath and Tipperary comprise of many cider apple varieties including Dabinett, Michelin, and Aston Bitter to name but a few. We even have our own Irish honey bees to pollinate our apple blossoms.
