Founded in 1984 by Mr. Monterrat, the company Roland Monterrat Catering is first specialized in the manufacture of Crust-Paste. It has gradually diversified to offer a wide range of Catering products and Sandwiches.

Its facilities enable it to manufacture own brand products and to position themselves in retail label markets for its three businesses.
