Almost 30 years ago Peter Rolker took over after his horticultural study the fruit farm of his parents in the Old Country. Together with his wife Petra, which is also graduate engineer in horticulture, he dared 1990 organic farming. Today the Rolker Ökofrucht GmbH is the largest private fruit wholesalers in organic apple area of Germany and the German foreign.
