Ficacci Olive Company is an established family-owned firm, with three generations of ownership over the past 57 years. Ficacci currently does business in more than 40 countries worldwide. Over the years the company has become renowned as an industry trendsetter, introducing a variety of innovative packaging solutions. Ficacci Olive Company is certified to a number of food safety standards, including HACCP, ISO 9000, BRC, and IFS food safety standards, and the company is also Kosher certified. Ficacci has recently completed the move to its new state-of-the-art advanced production plant, which features automatic packing lines capable of handling around 40 Tons of olives per day. Ficacci offers a wide selection of finest-quality Italian and Greek fresh table olives for foodservice, fresh produce, and deli including varieties such as Castelvetrano, Gaeta, Cerignola, Leccino, and many more. Ficacci products are available in either Ficacci brand or private label, in a range of sizes in brine or M.A.P.

For Retail

• DeliPack®… Amazing fresh olives in a convenient 150g cup (5.3oz) Clean Label - Brineless - Freshness. The line counts 14 varieties of olives, 9 antipasti, and 3 bruschetta spreads/pâté/tapenades (soon 10 SKUs): traditionally aged, with tasty garnishments and special recipes. Heath-sealed in a protective atmosphere, and a handy open-close lid. Shelf life 8 months refrigerated-chilled. Deli Pack is 100% made up of fresh olives: crunchy, unpasteurized, lowly salted, brineless, and with no added preservatives or colorings.
• Typical Italian recipes: same as Deli Pack employing only Italian olives aged according to the natural method, and marinated with 6 different Italian Regional recipes. These SKUs are Shelf-Stable at room temperature for 8 months. This line doesn't need refrigeration because it contains preservatives.
• TakeEat®… The keyword is Fresh. 140g (4.9oz) doypack pouches with a handy zipper. A range entirely made up of fresh olives: crunchy, unpasteurized, lowly salted, brineless, and with no added preservatives or colorings.
• PaperTray®… Our generation needs to take care of the Planet! Children benefit from what we do today! FULLY SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING • PAPER TRAY • 100% RECYCLABLE Catchy because usable to dispose of coffee grounds, a hamburger, or whatever else consumers may have in mind. The feed material of Ficacci’s PaperTray® container is identified as C/PAP 81 or PapPet (Paper + plastic) paper waste recyclable.
• Antipasti trays A range conceived for Club stores ideal for parties and happenings, multi-product trays that allow tasting an assortment of olives and vegs in one single stack.
