Roots of Malmö was started by two researchers from Lund University in Sweden committed to making delicious and healthy beverages. Using old fermentations in new ways, Roots makes low sugar refreshing beverages full of beneficial microbes. Our premium organic kombuchas are made with whole botanical ingredients (no extracts, essences, or aromas), and have among the lowest sugar contents on the market. Founded in 2014, Roots was one of the first European Kombucha brands, and we continue to lead the industry in developing innovative flavors and products.
