RÜCKER – produces its cheese specialties in Aurich and Wismar, two locations along the coast of Germany. Led by our fourth generation owner: Klaus Rücker, the company employs over 400 staff and our milk is delivered fresh from 1,200 farmers that deliver exclusively to us. The aim are innovative cheese specialties with which we can inspire the trade, consumers and our customers.
