Rustan's Group

Rustan’s Group is a company that was founded in 1952 in the Philippines. The company is known for having brought a wide range of luxury brands to the Filipino market. The firm was also the first to introduce gift certificates and loyalty programs in the country.

Rustan’s Group of Companies owns several subsidiaries:

Rustan Commercial Corporation Inc. 

Founded in 1957, the company manages Rustan’s Department store and owns 5 stores and a number of boutiques. Furthermore, there’s also an online shop. The company achieved a turnover of € 99.8 million in 2015

Rustan Marketing Corporation Inc.

This subsidiary was founded in 1964 in order to focus on the launching and distribution of various luxury brands in the Philippines. Rustan marketing Corporation has been introducing various international brands of clothing, watches, accessories, luggage, shoes, home deco and beauty & personal care brands. Brands in the personal care include Max Factor, Covergirl, BeYu, Hugo Boss, Kenzo, Gucci,Elle and Nuxe. The company attained a turnover of € 19.2 million in 2017. 

SSI Group Inc.

SSI (Stores Specialists Inc) was established in1987 and manages franchises of various luxury brands in the Philippines. The company now has more than 100 brands and 638 speciality stores. Its brands include  Zara, Lacoste, Marks & Spencers. In 1999, SSi launched Beauty Bar, a store that offers a range of beauty products. The firm achieved a turnover of € 170 million in 2016. 

Santa Elena Realty Inc

This company manages Sta. Elena Golf & Country Estate, a luxury residential estate.

Royal Duty Free Stores

Royal Duty Free Stores launched in 1993. The company became a leading duty-free store and operated its first store in The Royal Subic Mall. 

Tantoco-Rustia Foundation

The foundation offers scholarships, sponsors events in arts and culture and carries out various fundraising programmes and organises many activities tor people in the Philippines. 

Rustan Coffee Corporation Inc.

The company was launched in 1997 and manages Starbucks in the Philippines. The company achieved a turnover of € 162 million in 2017.

This department store is known for its luxury products and was acquired by the group in 2017.
