Founded in 1904, S Group is a Finnish retailing cooperative organisation which operates in the markets for groceries, service stations, consumer durables, hotels and restaurants services. Its headquarters is based in Helsinki, Finland. The company has its operations in Finland, Estonia and Russia.

In 2021, the Finnish retailer announced that it is extending its purchasing agreement with Carrefour in order to source a range of internationally-branded products.
