AS SAAREK buys-up forest berries and mushrooms from Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Byelorussia, Ukraine and Russia. 
Our principal customers in the field of frozen berries are European food industries and concerns as well as the Asian pharmaceutical industry. In the field of berry additives our service and production is used mostly by milk and ice cream industries. In the future we plan to offer suitable solutions also to bakery industries.
