Our factory is specialized in the production of high quality broths/stocks, demi glace and ready sauces all natural and premium made from fresh Norwegian ingredients only.

Our assortment consists of the following:

• Broths : base for soups / cooking liquid for risotto / healthy drinks
• Demi glace : for sauces. Add wine, spices, butter, ect, to personalize the sauces
• Ready to use sauces : To be used straightaway out of the box. All natural.

All these products are packed in IPI sterile packaging of 250mL and 500mL with the retail brand HOME CHEF and they are also available in 1L packaging under the brand SALSUS for foodservice market.

Shelflife of the products are 12 months in room temperature and can be kept in the fridge up to 4 days once opened.

We guarantee all our products without additives, GMO free, lactose free (except ready sauces) and low in salt (all products below 0,9g of salt / 100g).
