The inception of Sama Premium can be traced back to 2020, when our founder, inspired by Lebanon's rich culinary heritage, decided to embark on a journey to share the region's finest food products with the world. Rooted in the Koura region of North Lebanon, the company was built upon a foundation of passion for preserving traditional flavors and a commitment to sustainable practices.

In the early days, Sama Premium focused primarily on the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil. As the business grew, we expanded our offerings to include a diverse range of authentic Lebanese food products, such as olives, zaatar, and a variety of mouneh items.
