The roots of today run by the second generation family business of Di Bari family lying in the food industry,  especially embedded in the fruit and vegetable trade. Since 1972, we provide on the wholesale market in Stuttgart well-known retail chains with fresh innovative vegetables directly from producers from Italy. 1984 founded senior boss Francesco Di Bari cutting operations and served as a pioneer in this industry with cut salads the southern German trade. It was formed in 1993 today Sapros GmbH led by our Junior Chef Domenico Di Bari. Over the years, Sapros became a distinguished mid-sized companies in the GM sector and has thus become an important restaurant partners in our region. In 2003, the production of high-quality antipasti with the delivery to the German trade. Now we have with great success abroad.
