Our Sea Magik mission is to transform mundane personal care chores, such as bathing or showering, into sensory Spa experiences that can enhance self-care and happiness.

We partner with retailers and wellness outlets that have customer health and wellbeing as a business category.

Our brand strapline Sanitas Per Aqua, comes from the historical European definition of Spa [Sanitas Per Aqua], which is Latin for [healing through mineral water].

True Spa therapy starts with mineral salt water; a vital force of nature and the source of all life on earth. When we are in contact with mineral water, we awaken the part of ourselves that is elemental. ​

Our body responds in a remarkable way, actively absorbing and distributing the minerals it needs to restore our physical and mental health. ​

​This is the enduring appeal of Spa, and the reason that Spa has continued to play such a pivotal role in human culture through the centuries. Spa is in our biology.​​

 

COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY As a business, we are committed to becoming ever more sustainable in our approach to sourcing and processing materials. We use Sugar Cane derivatives to produce our plastic tubes. We prioritise the use of sustainably sourced ingredients, renewable materials and reduction of plastic use. Where plastic remains the best option (currently) we use carbon-neutral plastic derived from sugar cane and PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastic. We have reduced the plastic in our salt pouches by over 25% and have some 100% plastic-free items such as Black Mud Soap. We use recyclable glass with recycled wooden caps for the Sea Magik PRO line. To reduce packaging, we have started to eliminate card boxes from many items. The remaining cardboard we use is FSC certified sustainable. We are continually researching new and innovative approaches to become more sustainable.
