Select Harvests is a manufacturer of healthy foods founded in 1983 in Australia. The company specialises in nuts, healthy snacks, breakfast cereals, etc.

Select Harvests supplies retailers, wholesalers, bakeries as well as industrial clients such as manufacturers. Select Harvests is also involved in exporting products to India, China and other countries in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Select Harvests achieved a turnover of € 37 million in 2020.

Select Harvest manufactures products under its own brands but has also been working on products for its clients’ private labels.

Select Harvests manufactures products under its own labels:

Sunsol: a brand of breakfast cereals such as muesli
Lucky: a brand of various nuts such as hazelnuts, macadamia, brazil nuts, almonds, etc. These products are meant for cooking and baking
NuVitality: a range of superfoods including goji berries, chia seeds, quinoa, etc.
Allinga Farms: the brand targets industrial clients
Renshaw: the brand was designed to offer products in bulk to manufacturers, wholesalers, bakeries, etc.

Furthermore, it cultivates almonds and other nuts in its orchards in Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales, covering an area of 9262 hectares. The company also sources from other independent orchards.

Select Harvests operates 2 processing facilities in Corina West and Thomastown. The 2 facilities can process 32 000 metric tonnes of nuts each year.

Select Harvests’s Thomastown facility handles the following processing lines:

Laser sorters
Dry roasters
Oil roaster
Almond blanching, slicing and grinding lines
Dicer
Blending
Conching
Doye and vertical form filling machines

Moreover, the facility can provide it products in the following packaging formats:

Pillow packs, Edge seals & Block bottoms
Doye bags, Re-sealable Doye bags
Bulk cartons

The Carina West facility includes not only a production area but also a laboratory and a temperature-controlled warehouse that can stock around 13000 bins and 300 pallets.
