Thanks to this experience, each of our hay-milk products from cow, sheep and goat contains the best recipe, the gentlest processing, extended ripening times and the knowledge of our long-standing employees. Hay farming is the most original form of dairy farming and has been a tradition in the Zillertal for centuries. In 1954, the Kröll family was one of the first to rely on the processing of hay milk and refines the precious raw material of cow, sheep & goat with much love & flair.
