Within a short time the customers were already cared for with 3 refrigerated vehicles. The clientele was gradually expanded and soon the first supermarkets could be served with dumplings. The range has been steadily expanded with the available in the market "fresh produce". However, as the demand for these specialties was growing and there was no flexible manufacturer that could supply the wholesale of Erwin Settele senior with the demand on the market "specialties", was started in 1982 with its own fresh production.
